I live 100 miles away from my Aunty, so when I send her flowers, I always try to use a local florist to keep money going into her local economy. I chose Luxe Florist because of this and Natalie was just amazing. My Aunty was absolutely thrilled with her arrangement, which was gorgeous, and Natalie then went the extra mile of spending time chatting to her, which really made her day. Natalie made the bouquets and button holes for our wedding, with the theme being bright and bold/rainbow, Natalie picked the perfect flowers and styled them brilliantly, she went the extra mile to use flowers we really wanted and avoided flowers we didn't want. Her communication was exceptional and she checked in with us every step of the way to make sure everything would be perfect,  honestly thank you so much!! Natalie at LUXE Flowers designed the flowers for my sister's wedding and they were absolutely stunning. I met Natalie, and she's one of the loveliest most genuine people - it was clear how much time and care she had put into the flowers, from the button holes to the archway. Natalie is my go to florist. When I realised I'd left it far too late for Valentine's Day, I knew Natalie would save my bacon: she delivered a beautiful bouquet, with a handwritten card, at short notice. I also order flowers from Luxe to present to staff at the end-of-year dinner in the Eton boarding house I run.
