Flower Delivery
HAND-DELIVERED LOCALLY WITH CARE Hand delivered personally by our team in our LUXE Flowers van, we can deliver our beautiful selection of flowers & gifts, quickly and safely. We deliver locally only but we do cover a number of locations across the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey areas. These include Eton, Eton Wick, Windsor, Dorney, Datchet, Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead, Slough, Langley, Ascot, Egham, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield. We deliver to London for larger scale corporate and event flowers only.
As a guide, we cover these local postcode areas;
SL0, SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4, SL5, SL6, SL7, SL8, SL9, GU19, GU20, GU25, HP9, TW18, TW19, TW20. Please do give us a call if the postcode is not mentioned above to discuss potential delivery options.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA When placing an order online, if the delivery address entered is not within our local delivery area, the system will automatically select “local pick-up” meaning you can collect from our store on Eton High Street. We do not deliver flowers outside of our local delivery areas unless previously agreed. Please call us to discuss your requirements prior to placing an order online. If an order is placed in error we will be happy to issue a refund minus any platform fees charged by the credit card provider (this fee does not go to LUXE!)
What Days Do We Deliver Flowers?
We offer a 7 day delivery service. Although our store is closed on Sundays & Mondays (excluding Mothers Day), we are able to deliver pre-ordered bouquets on these days – please contact us in advance to discuss.

Same Day Delivery Requests
Same day flower delivery orders should be received by 1pm. Please call us after this time and we will do all we can to accomodate your order as we understand last minute surprises are sometimes the best!
Delivery Timings
Deliveries will be made between 09:00 – 18:00. If you require a delivery out of this time, please contact us to discuss.
Morning deliveries are made between 09:00 – 12:30. Afternoon deliveries are made between 13:00 – 18:00.
Online Orders made through the website
For online orders please specify AM or PM delivery time preference and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note online orders placed through the website with a delivery date of a Sunday will be delivered on the next working day if not pre-agreed. Deliveries may be possible on Sunday’s but please contact us in advance to organise.
What happens if you wish to change your delivery address or delivery date once you have placed an order?
We will always try our best to accomodate any logisitcal changes to orders already placed.
If the order is for fresh flowers however, we will not be able to amend the delivery date to a later date as we want to ensure the receipent enjoys the longevity of the flowers. In this case no refunds will be made.

What happens if no-one is available to take delivery of the flowers when we attempt to deliver?
We will always ask permission from the sender if we are able to make contact with the receipent via phone once we reach the address if no-one is home when we arrive.
If our delivery team do not feel there is a safe place to leave the flowers (safe place being a neighbour, a porch, or covered area at the property) they will be returned to our store on Eton High Street and the reciepent can collect at a mutually convienent time.
We are able to make a re-delivery attempt but there will be a logistical charge for this.
National & International Deliveries
We do not offer National & International deliveries for single bouquets. We hand-deliver our flowers locally only. We recommend you find a local florist in the vicinity of the delivery address. Independent flower shops are usually very friendly and happy to help!
